How to Order
Our on-line ordering system uses the well known Paypal system to provide our secure shopping basket and payment facilities. You do not require a Paypal account to make credit or debit card payments, but during checkout, you will be given the opportunity to create an account if you would like one.
Instructions
- For each product you wish to order, click the Add to Basket button against that item.
- This will open a new 'Paypal' window, create a personal shopping basket for you and add the item to the basket. If you wish to add more items, click Continue Shopping to return to Mallycat.
- When you are ready to check out, click the View Basket button (top right of Mallycat pages) to display your Paypal shopping basket
- When your shopping basket is displayed, click 'Proceed to Checkout' to go to to the payment section.
- Follow the payment instructions, provided by our partners, Paypal.
- Upon Payment, your order wil be confirmed on screen and you will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment details
- Mallycat will contact you within 3 business days to confirm a firm dispatch date.
Postage & packing is calculated on a sliding scale depending on the total order value. The charges are:
- £2.50 for order values upto £14.99
- £3.50 for order values between £15.00 and £29.99
- £4.50 for order values between £30.00 and £49.99
- £5.50 for order values over £49.99
